Project Sales Leader (Device: Electronics Business)

Job Description:

Sales to existing customers

  • Product proposals, specification determination, sales contract conclusion
  • Factory audits
  • Sample delivery, quality evaluation, mass production arrangements, delivery date management

Sales development for new customers

  • Supplier discovery and strengthening relationships
  • Artwork business sales promotion

Training: Local staff training

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate Bachelor or above in related field.
  • 8 years of experience or more in Sales function.
  • Expereince in Sales that related fields within the Electronics industry would be prefer.
  • Experience in PCB and electronic components industry would be prefer.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (holding English proficiency test scores is an advantage TOEIC up to 600).
  • Strong service orientation, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good Preseantion & Negotiation skill
  • Japanese Communication: JLPT N3 above is a plus.
