Job Description:

  • Responsible for payroll operations for the company                      
  • Responsible for payment voucher/pretty cash record for Accounting             
  • Responsible for Visa & Work Permit / PDPA and Company Announcement
  • Prepare Payroll Report / Tax Report / Social Security Payment Report / Provident Fund Report
  • Other HR-Administration task upon senior or manager assignment                                                        

Qualifications: 

  • Thai nationality, Age 30 – 35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Experience 5 years in payroll system / Welfare & Benefit / Expat staffs matter
  • Good command in Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office, Vlook up function in Excel
  • Have skill in Government report [Tax (Thais & Foreigner)] / SSO / BOI / Labour Law, PDPA, Visa & WP, Expat Matter
  • Have experience in Business Plus, Other Payroll system by cloud
  • Good command communication both Thai and English.
  • Good command of written and verbal in English
  • Have Accuracy skill and Punctuality skill
  • Good personal relationship.                     
  • Pro-active Response & decisive
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Able to work overtime.               
  • Multi-functional skills oriented.
