Job Description:
- Responsible for payroll operations for the company
- Responsible for payment voucher/pretty cash record for Accounting
- Responsible for Visa & Work Permit / PDPA and Company Announcement
- Prepare Payroll Report / Tax Report / Social Security Payment Report / Provident Fund Report
- Other HR-Administration task upon senior or manager assignment
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, Age 30 – 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Experience 5 years in payroll system / Welfare & Benefit / Expat staffs matter
- Good command in Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office, Vlook up function in Excel
- Have skill in Government report [Tax (Thais & Foreigner)] / SSO / BOI / Labour Law, PDPA, Visa & WP, Expat Matter
- Have experience in Business Plus, Other Payroll system by cloud
- Good command communication both Thai and English.
- Good command of written and verbal in English
- Have Accuracy skill and Punctuality skill
- Good personal relationship.
- Pro-active Response & decisive
- Can work under pressure.
- Able to work overtime.
- Multi-functional skills oriented.
