Responsibilities
- Provide supports to any IT services request from internal users
- Communicate with users and provide supports to ensure IT services requests are completed on-time and meet users' requirements
- Monitor and maintain information security of all IT systems and work environment
- Monitor, maintain, and improve stability and performance of all IT systems and infrastructures
- Research, analyze and take actions for IT services quality improvement
- Provide IT technical knowledge to support users’ operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
- At least 2 years’ experience as IT Support for international company
- Have computer skills in Microsoft OS and Applications, Server, Network, Cloud and troubleshooting
- Able to communicate in English
- Have a communication skill, a good-service mind, a proactive working-style
