Job Description:
• Handle general documents and presentation materials
• Make Email correspondence, announcements, and notifications
• Provide general administrative assistance as needed within a Software department
• Maintain filling system for reference material
• Process purchasing for the department
• Maintain data for inventory control of company assets, office stationaries and software licenses
• Issue invoices
• Support GMs/Japanese employees in the software department for
- Coordinating communication and correspondence in English, Thai for both written and spoken communication
- Air ticket, Data Roaming and hotel reservation
- Support other assignments as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- 0-2 years' experiences in General Affairs, General Administration or related
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai
- Have a Japanese skill would be an advantage
- Good command of Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
