Responsibilities

• Collect data from various software development projects.
• Provide visualizations to management for a clear understanding of the current situation and informed decision-making.
• Provide insightful data to software development project teams to improve processes, using tools such as control charts and standard deviation analysis.
• Support data collection for each project upon request.
• Review and support the work of PMO juniors, providing directions and suggestions.
• Develop an annual plan and report progress on planned activities, including man-hours (MH) spent.

Major Challenges

• Identify the most appropriate data visualization methods to align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with diverse project teams to collect and analyze data.
• Develop a strong understanding of software development project characteristics.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and data collection
• Knowledge and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data and statistical tools (an advantage)
• Strong skills in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in both English and Thai
