HRD Officer (Training & Development)

Job Description:
- Be a trainer to conduct Orientation Training, Company Rule, and small group training (1 - 35 participants)
- Prepare training administrative (training material via power point, training place, training participants)
- Manage Training Report to Skill development of Labor Department
- Update training record in internal and external system
- Follow employee relations activity
- Handle all document process (payment, training, reimburse)
- Coordinate with internal/external person to complete training
- Create Digital Training project
- Performance Evaluation Administration
- Operate web system to service staff
- Handle file data management for appraisal system
- Coordinate with web designer to develop appraisal web system
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, Thai nationality
- Age 25 – 33 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 2-3 years of work experience in HRD function
- Experience in conducting small group of trainings or related field
- Ability to create memos, charts and tables in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Interpersonal skill in multi-cultural environment
- Good command of written and verbal English
- High communication skill with upper level and foreigner
- Initiative idea towards training & development work
- Digitalize mindset with challenging mind
- Able to be trainer with professional public speaking skill
- Proactive communication (HORENSO)
- Able to work alone without support with self-control
