Job Scope:

In the marketing strategist role, you will be responsible for setting objectives to create profitable and concerted marketing strategies for the company and clients. We are looking for a marketing strategist who will join our marketing team and take full-on responsibility for setting specific objectives toward developing our products of dedication in market research, market survey and analyze our strong points to determine the division direction.

Job Description:

• Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
• Research market to identify new opportunities
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our products
• Create marketing strategies to launch and market new products
• Forecasts market trends and research opportunities
• Ensures marketing strategies align with overall business strategy
• Provides analysis and recommendations to the marketing and communications team
• Brainstorming innovative marketing target

Major Challenges:

• Collaborating effectively with both the Sales and Engineering teams by integrating knowledge from both sides to initiate and develop new business opportunities for the department
• Prioritizing tasks, improvements, requirements, and innovations within your area of responsibility, while ensuring clear and consistent communication with all relevant stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in the marketing field
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM systems is a plus
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Expert level in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively while maintaining a strong, data-driven analytical
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data analysis and interpretation
• Adaptability and continuous learning
• Time management skills
• Possesses strong time management and effective communication skills
