HRD Senior Officer

Job Description:

  • Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources Development (HRD), including Training & Development, Learning Management, Talent Management, and Succession Planning.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead the implementation of Digital Learning initiatives by leveraging Digital Transformation (DX) and AI technologies to modernize employee learning experiences.
  • Facilitate and deliver HR-related soft skills training programs for employees at various levels within the organization.
  • Manage and continuously improve the Performance Development and Performance Management systems.
  • Analyze training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvement plans.
  • Lead and develop HRD team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders, including Japanese management, to align HRD strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to develop both internal talent and external learning partnerships.       

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Development, Learning & Development, Training, or related HR functions.

  • Experience in facilitating and conducting training programs is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills in English, including business correspondence and meetings.

  • Experience working with Japanese management or within a Japanese company environment is an advantage.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and project planning skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Digital Learning platforms, AI tools, or other HR technologies is highly preferred.
