Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Handle RFQs and customer inquiries.
- Perform cost calculations and prepare pricing strategies.
- Deliver product and business presentations to customers.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Monitor and report new business opportunities and project status.
Current Business Management
- Manage periodic quotations such as quarterly and project-based pricing updates.
- Conduct marketing activities and support assigned projects or key customers.
- Gather market and customer information for business planning.
- Develop project plans and coordinate internally for execution.
- Maintain strong customer relationship management (CRM).
- Coordinate and maintain effective supplier relationship management (SRM).
Product Management
- Coordinate PPAP submissions and related production documentation.
- Provide product quality consultation and coordinate quality issues with suppliers.
- Manage product changes including PCR and PCN processes.
Operations Management
- Coordinate product deliveries to meet customer production schedules.
- Plan inventory levels to ensure smooth supply for customers.
- Manage ordering processes and perform control list analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English in business communication (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- TOEIC score of 500 or above is preferred.
- Japanese language skills are not required.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Handling supply lead time fluctuations and uncertainties.
- Ensuring fast and accurate RFQ responses.
- Managing a wide range of technical products.
- Coping with customer forecast volatility.
- Overcoming strong market competition and account entry barriers.
- Monitoring payment terms and credit risks.
- Ensuring product quality, traceability, and counterfeit risk control.
- Coordinating effectively across internal departments (Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance).
- Maintaining disciplined pipeline management and follow-up activities.
